Return Policy

LA.LA.LAND wants to be sure that you are happy with your purchase. If you are unhappy and would like to exchange it please send us an email to info@lalalandpr.com.

• Merchandise must be returned within 14 DAYS of the DELIVERY  No exceptions will be made.
• Once the return is approved, an e-gift card will be issued.
• Gift cards do not expire.
• No money refund will be given under any circumstance. No exceptions will be made.
• Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
• Merchandise must have all tags attached.
• Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
• Accessories, swimwear and cool stuff cannot be returned.
• All sale merchandise is final sale.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
